Delivery Policy for Hong Kong
At Harvestkitchen, we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders across Hong Kong. Our delivery policy is structured to provide clear guidance on fees based on your location and order value.
Delivery Areas and Fees
Kowloon:
- For orders ≤ HK$2,999: Delivery fee of HK$400
- For orders ≥ HK$3,000: Free delivery
Hong Kong Island:
- For orders ≤ HK$2,999: Delivery fee of HK$350
- For orders ≥ HK$3,000: Free delivery
General Delivery Guidelines
- Delivery Timing: Deliveries are scheduled between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on public holidays.
- Advance Notice: To ensure smooth processing, orders should be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the desired delivery date.
- Accessibility: Please ensure the delivery address is accessible during the scheduled time to avoid delays or additional fees.
- Special Locations: For deliveries to remote areas, outlying islands, or restricted zones, additional fees may apply, and delivery times may vary. Please contact our team for a quote.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Late modifications or cancellations may incur additional charges.
